COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing was selected by Southwestern Investments, LLC in September to manage the Sheridan Center on 95 South Sheridan Blvd in Lakewood. Rent-A-Center, Family Dollar and Santiago’s Mexican Restaurant anchor the 23,601 square foot shopping complex.
Portfolio Manager, Dora Fessler will head the management team overseeing day-to-day operations of the building. Katie Kier, Management Assistant, Tiffany Koschwitz, Property Accountant, and Ari Skyton, Maintenance Technician round out the team for this assignment.
