COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Silver Key Senior Services, Inc has selected Griffis/Blessing, Inc to manage the recently purchased Airport Square Office Park at 1605 – 1655 S. Murray Blvd in Colorado Springs. Silver Key will occupy 37,126 square feet in the 67,473 square foot property, which is currently occupied by Quality Concepts in Manufacturing, Nationwide Homes, Allied Associates International, and Christ Temple Community Church.
Lisa Hammond, FMP, Portfolio Manager, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property with the assistance of Laura Gigliotti, Management Assistant, Cindy Colby, Property Accountant, and Dan Vancil, Maintenance Tech.
