Griffis/Blessing Selected to Manage Garden Terrace Apartments

Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. has been selected to manage Garden Terrace Apartments by Denver-based Capital Real Estate, LLC. This is Griffis/Blessing’s second assignment for Garden Terrace, which is conveniently located just off of I-25 at Garden of the Gods.

“Our prior experience with Garden Terrace gives us a great perspective with which to approach the new challenges that the community represents,” says Senior Vice President Pat Stanforth, CPM^®, head of Griffis/Blessing’s Multifamily Property Services Group. “We have implemented a number of programs to improve the occupancy rate of the community, particularly a resident retention program to improve the retention and occupancy focusing on taking care of our residents.”

Garden Terrace Apartments has 196 apartment homes in one- and two-bedroom designs and is currently at 89% occupancy. Staffing will be headed by District Manager Stacey Kontry and on-site management by Simone Headen.
