Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been awarded management of the Boulevard Park Apartments in Denver, CO. The community is located in the heart of the University Hills neighborhood and the residents enjoy a variety of amenities including a new penthouse community room and fitness center, elevator, mountain views and an outdoor pool.
