Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing Inc is excited to announce their selection to manage The Landing at Lake Harbor Apartments in Boise, ID. With a central location that is just minutes away from downtown Boise, the BSU campus, shopping and fine dining, The Landing at Lake Harbor is a great place to call home and offers pet friendly living with a wide variety of outdoor activities and community amenities. The community sits on Silver Lake with its own boat dock and a handful of smaller ponds throughout the property.
This is the first expansion of Griffis/Blessing into Idaho but not the first time for them to manage properties outside of Colorado. The Landing at Lake Harbor has 300 apartment homes in one and two bedrooms. The property will be managed by Assistant District Manager Crystal White with day-to-day operations to be handled by the Property Manager Brooke Barrett.
