I absolutely LOVE it here at Woodland Hills Apartments. The staff is amazing and helpful. The maintenance team gets service requests done in a timely manner and are always friendly. They will go out of their way to make sure I enjoy my home. Some experiences can be bad; however, the good experience always out ways the bad. Any charges are explained by the staff. I have not lived here very long (since summer 2016) but I can say the front office staff is upbeat, friendly and accommodating. I researched this location and the Griffis Blessing organization before I made my choice. They own or manage a lot of properties in the Springs and Denver and the thing that stands out compared to other companies is THEY BELIEVE IN MAINTAINING AND IMPROVING THEIR PROPERTIES. That was very important to me in making my choice. The other things were keeping the property secure and the reasonable rental price on a square foot basis. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in my apartment. I can recommend this apartment and real estate management company to other people.

The staff at my apartment community are responsible, confident and understanding to the residents. They also check on residents that do not feel well. The apartments are well kept, clean and the office is well organized and clean. When other residents get noisy with their loud music, the staff controls the noise to a minimum. When a person walks into the office you always see a smile on the staff’s face.
