Griffis/Blessing Chosen to Manage Five Property Medical Portfolio

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing has been named the property manager for a 105,817 square foot medical portfolio consisting of five buildings across Colorado Springs. The properties are primarily owner occupied but are also home to a dozen unaffiliated medical tenants.

The commercial management team of Bart Marlar, Portfolio Manager and Karyn Bryson, Management Assistant, will supervise the daily operations of the properties.
