630 Southpointe to be Managed by Griffis/Blessing

Colorado Springs, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc is pleased to announce its selection by Four Small Fries, LLC to provide property management services at the BiggsKofford Building located at 630 Southpointe St. in Colorado Springs, CO. The 38,456 square foot, 2-story office building, built in 1987, is home to BiggsKofford, Maxim Health Care Services, Dr. Laura Feldman, and LP Financial.

The Commercial Property Services Group team of Rita Dugan, Portfolio Manager, Laura Gigliotti, Portfolio Assistant, Chad Achterhof, Property Accountant, and Dan Vancil, Maintenance Technician will handle the day-to-day operations.
