COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Everty Colorado, LLC has selected Griffis/Blessing, Inc to provide property management services for 1150 Kelly Johnson Boulevard in Colorado Springs. Farmers Insurance Agency, CHI Foundation, and iMortgage are some of the tenants that occupy the 46,245 square foot, 2-story, Class A, office building.

The Commercial Property Services Group team of Jeremiah Nease, CPM®, Portfolio Manager, Kelly De Leon, Portfolio Assistant, and Dan Vancil, Maintenance Technician will handle the day-to-day operations.
