DENVER, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. has been appointed property manager of Yosemite Plaza at 3600 South Yosemite. The property is over 126,000 square feet and is a 79 percent occupied office building where Lamar’s Donuts Corporate Office, Key Bank and David Weekly Homes are just some of the tenants.
The commercial management team of Kristin Jonson, Portfolio Manager, and JoLynn McLin, Management Assistant, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property.
