COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Griffis/Blessing, Inc. has been appointed property manager of the retail center at 162 Tracker Drive in Colorado Springs. The property is 8,878 square feet and is 100 percent occupied by Dog Haus, 719 Gastropub, Rush Cycling and C&C Coffee and Kitchen.

The commercial management team, led by Elizabeth Miller, CPM®, Assistant Portfolio Manager and Director of Training, with the assistance of Josie Major, Management Assistant, and Tiffany Koschwitz, Property Accountant, will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property.
